We love animals. At Cuddle Clones, we recognize the unbreakable bond pet moms and dads have with their fur-children. But oftentimes that bond is disrupted due to travel, going away to college, military deployment or sadly the loss of a dear pet.We capture that connection with 100% handmade plush replicas of YOUR PET!That's right! We capture all of the physical details and personality traits of your pet in an adorable stuffed animal form. Do you know what we call these adorable creations?! You guessed it, Cuddle Clones!Pet lovers can also surround themselves with their furry friends with a 100% Custom Plush Golf Club Headcover of their pet or by having their pet’s images artistically designed and printed onto socks, pajamas, blankets, mugs and more! But Wait! That's not all!EVERY purchase provides AT LEAST 3 meals to a shelter pet! Each month Cuddle Clones donates cash to 10 shelters/animal wellness organizations. You can feel the inner warmth of a thousand puppy breath kisses knowing that a portion of your purchase has been directly attributed to improving the lives of actual animals.

The pajamas looked great and my wife said they were good quality and comfortable. They also showed up fairly quickly considering it was Christmas time

Wanted to surprise my dad with a clone of his cat. For the amount I paid, I got a cheap looking doll squashed in a plastic bag which looked nothing like my cat. Emailed them 2 days ago and again today. No reply. I am giving them a chance to get their act together and redo my order. Since I cannot reply to Cuddle Clones review, I am editing mine. You did not even fulfill 10% of the expectation and you want me to spend more money. We have a legally binding contract. You have to refund me in full and you can bear the cost of me sending the doll back to you. If only I can post pictures, I can show your shoddy work.

Hi Sharmini, First of all, we appreciate you sharing your honest experience with us. We’re so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Cuddle Clone. :( Our artists do their best to craft our plush products and capture the likeness of your pet as closely as possible. Occasionally, our artists’ creative interpretation of the photos and descriptions provided to us may not 100% meet customer expectations. We offer customers a remake when this happens to get it just right. Please know that you have the chance to send it back for a one-time complimentary remake if you’d like, or to return it for a full refund (minus the return shipping cost and non-refundable rush fees), as long as your order was received within 30 days. We’ve been receiving a high volume of emails, rest assured that our customer service team is doing its best to assist all of the customers as soon as we can! Thank you so much. Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

Still have not shipped me the correct order that was supposed to be done already. I have emailed twice with no response. I gave them the chance to get the order right and so far nothing. This order was originally supposed to be for Christmas and still have not received the correct order. The worst so far to work with. I will update the review if I ever get the correct order

I bought my wife the PJ’s with our dogs face on them. We were both blown away when they arrived. I uploaded the pic I liked and it was formatted perfectly on the Garments. The Pajamas are extremely comfortable, so I’m told. All in all, the final product was exactly like the ads show. There is a duty charge on top of the “final” price if you order from Canada.

Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback! <3 We are very pleased to hear that you and your wife loved the overall look and quality of your ordered Pajamas! We had so much fun working on them, especially crafting them with your lovely dogs' faces! <3 We're so sorry about the duty fee. As much as we’d like to help our customers with these fees, please know that these are imposed by your country’s government, and Cuddle Clones is not responsible for these fees. This was also indicated on our website’s Help Center. Here’s a link for your reference: https://help.cuddleclones.com/do-you-ship-outside-of-the-united-states Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order on December 1 with plenty of time to make it for Christmas, their deadline for Christmas was later in the month. Not only was it not delivered by Christmas, it wasn’t shipped until January 3. we ordered it to the location we would be for Christmas and are no longer there so we are not able to get the pajamas. I am currently dealing with customer service and they keep referring me to the Postal Service. However, the shipping label was not created until January 3 and it is not the fault of the post office. Thanks for the missing gift and no refund for the extreme delay. I will never order from this company again.

Hi Kristina! First of all, we appreciate you sharing your honest experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused. Please know that we did our best for our customers to receive their orders in time for Christmas. However, due to some COVID-19 related issues, China has experienced the largest increase in cases since the early days of the pandemic and our products are manufactured in the city of Dongguan in China’s Guangdong province. I have checked your concern, and I can see that one of our customer care representatives is already assisting you. I also checked your package, and I can confirm that it has already been delivered on January 5. Now that you’re no longer at the shipping address, is there someone you know in your neighborhood that can check if the package is in your mailbox? We’re advising you to contact USPS as the package should’ve been returned to us if the receiver (Jan M.) is not in their address. We can fully understand how inconvenient this is since we have promised that your order will be delivered before Christmas, however, this kind of situation is out of our control. This was really not the experience we wanted you to have. We are really sorry. Feel free to let us know should you need help with anything else! Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team
