Purchased for myself and 3 sisters. We watch and sing this every year. We are very close. They loved it. Looked just like the pic and mo problem in dishwasher.

The gift was beautiful and deeply appreciated. The only problem was the gift card that was supposed to be with the gift wasn't there. The person receiving the gift didn't know who the gift was from. I still want to give 5 stars because I realize mistakes can happen. Thank you!!!

The CubeBik service was great and it seems a responsible company. However, I was a bit disappointed with the mug I ordered. It was quite pricey considering it was a very average "Made in China" mug. In addition, and the biggest criticism was that the design colors were very dull. I ordered this particular mug because I thought it would be vibrant and eye-catching. However, the picture and words were not even all that visible on the black. I'm sorry. I was happy to shop with you. I was so hoping to really like the purchase.

Hi Susie Ritchie! We are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. We would like to inform you that some raw products are made in the US, however, some are imported from several third-party countries such as China, Srilanka, Columbia,.. but all guaranteed to comply with high-quality standards. Also, all items are proudly printed and shipped from the US. Our team has sent an email to support your case, please kindly check your email and reply to us. Thank you very much! Sincerely Yours, CubeBik LLC

Hi Shelby! We are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. We have double checked all our emails and realized that your mails went in the spam instead of the inbox, so we missed both mails, please take a look at the screenshot pic via this link: http://prntscr.com/uzkdz8 Due to the current situation, almost orders are delayed delivery. And some customers feedback to us that Australia Customs hold international packages within 1-2 weeks for no reason. So customers receive their orders later than expected. We always do our best to make sure our customers receive their products as quickly as possible, we are sometimes at the mercy of the Shipping carrier. This is really an unexpected situation, we hope to have your sympathy. Thank you very much! Sincerely Yours, CubeBik LLC

Thought they would be more fitted at the nose. Need more structure in nose area. Ear loops flimsy. Hard to talk because keep sucking in the material into the mouth.

I have never received my T shirt order, so it’s difficult to give a favorable rating.
Response from CubeBik· Oct 6, 2020
Hi Charles! We are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. For domestic orders, shipping time normally takes 7-10 business days to deliver, however, for orders in Hawaii estimated delivery can take up to 30-45 business days to deliver. Besides, due to the current situation, carriers not operating at 100%, and an increase in orders, shipping process usually delays. We hope to have your understanding for this unexpected situation and kindly give the shipping company more time to deliver your package. Sincerely, CubeBik LLC
