The decanter is beautiful and the engraving was perfect. Everything about this order was fantastic. The sales staff actually called me to verify the engraving even though I approved the artwork. I ended up changing the font... Well done!

My crystal engraved glass turned out beautifully. The logo looks great. Customer service was amazing-- the prof email went into my spam and the company rep called to remind me to check there when I didn't immediately return it. Thanks to her it was done and arrived on time!
