CrystalPlus is a fantastic company to work with. They created a beautiful wedding memory with their engraved champagne flutes. They reached out to question order accuracy and delivery data to make sure it arrived on time. On arrival... it was a work of art... classy and packaged beautifully. Fast delivery and easy changes. Great quality for the price. Attentive Customer Service. I needed my item by Saturday, so I selected the Wednesday before as the delivery date. They called me to let me know that the earliest they could deliver was Thursday. And it arrived on Thursday as promised, in plenty of time for my event. I would definitely order from them again.

So my order was done in a rush to get things done on time. Unfortunately there was a problem with the order. However, they were excellent about making a new one and shipping it to the individual asap. Overall great experience working with them.
