I found the agent I was working with , to be very clear, patient and helpful. We have yet to take our trip, so I may still be in contact with L.Rinda, but I'm sure that she will be just as helpful as she has been about our travel plans.

Having been in the travel business myself, years ago, I'm pretty picky when it comes to working with travel professionals. The experience with Cruise.com exceeded all of my expectations. They not only provide the best pricing (and believe me I know how to look p"for deals), they have excellent follow through and are extremely conscientious.

We booked a cruise, it was just order taking, going through the process, there was no special services to speak of. Lady was polite. I asked about the cruise, any info, highlights? She resent the schedule, ssid, what else do you want to know?

I was very impressed with the agent in getting me the price I am paying, but stated I would be getting OBC's and a reduced price hotel voucher. . .when I was reviewing my "billing/statement/cruise details" none of this was showing up. I don't understand, but will be making a few inquiries. Otherwise, we are very impressed with the service and help of Cruise.com.

We have probably booked close to 20 cruises with Cruise.com. Each time I am amazed at how helpful the agents are in answering questions (or immediately getting the answer if they don't know), in making suggestions, in pointing out extras (like if you upgrade for a total of $50/pp you'll end up with a $300 cabin credit - or you may want to re-think your cabin selection as you are right over the late night party lounge),a d in gettgin you littel surprises liek a bottel of wine in your cabin on boarding or a free restaurant upgrade becasue it your anniversary. They are consistantly knowledgable and treat your booking like it was for them personally. We are very pleased customers and have recommended Cruise.com to friends, family and colleagues - all of whom have been equally pleased.
