Overall happy with my purchase, a little small for the price but better quality than most out there. Time from order to shipment was a little slow but once it shipped, it was here within a couple days and nicely packaged. Will order again with a discount, considering it was almost $100 for an 8x10. Thanks!

Wanted my dog to be placed a bit higher in the portrait so that there is less empty background above his head. Was fixed immediately! The portrait is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

When I received the draft to review I was hugely disappointed - it looked like someone had simply cut and paste the photo...it was just awful. When I provided feedback, rather than apologising they sent me an automated email telling me to choose a new artist, submit a new photo or pay a cancellation fee! I followed up on this and they gave exactly the same response again. Given the price point and this was their erro, this would not be the response nor the quality of service I would have expected. I ended up cancelling my order and going with an alternative company who provided a much better quality or product and service and were also cheaper. My advice, avoid this company as there are plenty of better alternatives our there.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are sorry that the whole experience has not been pleasant to you. Apologies if you felt like you were just given an automated response regarding your artwork. Upon checking we tried explaining on our email that we can revise your artwork and our revision process. Unfortunately you have already decided to cancel your order and we're not able to fix the issue you had with it. Again, we are so sorry for this.. Do get in touch with us in case you need further assistance on this matter. Thank you for choosing Crown and Paw!❤️👑🐾
