Ease of navigating and use!

The artist did a wonderful job. The customer service is on Par. One of the pets did not get added and I sent the picture in with my email and they corrected my order right away. I would highly recommend this company.

Ease of navigation and ordering and oh so many choices! Only reason for 4 stars is because there isn’t a preview option.

Too much too scroll through on the main page. Keep the main page more simple.

I paid the 10 and I don't see the image yet?

I wanted to order a $75 gift card so my sister could pick out what she wanted in the way of a portrait for her dog. There was no single gift card for $75 dollars so I put in my cart a card for $25 and a card for $50. I then sent an email (because you do not have a number to call for customer service.....another thing I did not like) to see if my sister would be able to use 2 gift cards on one order. The answer I got back said I would receive and email with a discount code that my sister could use. I didn’t ask about a discount code. I asked about gift cards. I placed my order anyhow and got 2 emails for 2 gift cards. My question is still not answer. It appears as if either the people that answer questions via email either cannot read or they are an AI robot who got it wrong. Then I get an email about my order and next steps. Well that is great if I purchased a picture but shouldn’t the next steps pertain to a gift card not an order. If my sister cannot use both gift cards for one order I guarantee I will never buy anything from Crown and Paw again. Customer service is truly lacking. You should have live people available to answer questions.
