This is my second order here, and the process is super easy. I ordered a piece for my mother before xmas, and was thrilled with the end result. The one I ordered today for my best friend, I’m sure will be just as amazing

This is my second order and both experiences have been great! I have requested edits to the artwork in both cases and the revised copy of artwork was PERFECT in both cases! (*note: artwork revisions were only required because of the photos that I submitted where dogs beards were not clear or blended in with background.)

I've just placed my second order with Crown & Paw. They answered my questions promptly and I love that they are Texas based and USA Made. I would recommend them to a friend.

We are still waiting for the paintings!! We only received the free bandana. We checked online and read the paintings sometimes can take longer so we’re not worried but we have an email saying delivery happened on the 7th when it did not. Only the free item was delivered. We spent 200$ for two portraits and have not received them yet.

Hello Amy, I understand your disappointment. It’s important to us that our customers are more than satisfied and I would like to take this opportunity to resolve the issue immediately. I've checked the details of your order, and it seems to have encountered an error wherein it was mistakenly labelled as shipped even though it was just the bandana that was sent. I can see that the artworks are ready for your approval. You can view it from your dashboard by entering your order number and email address. Thank you for your patience!

Hey Sam, I understand your disappointment. I'd really like the opportunity to resolve this for you - it's important to us that our customers are happy with their experience! I've checked the details of your order, and I can see that your artwork was automatically approved on March 19th. It was auto-approved because we didn't hear from you after a few emails letting you know your artwork was ready to review. We give customers a number of days to respond with edit requests, but if we don't hear back, we auto-approve the artwork so the order doesn't get delayed. Your order has now been shipped and you should received an email notification containing the tracking details of it. In the event that you're not happy with the item you'll receive, don't hesitate to let us know by sending us an email via [email protected]. I hope we can make this right for you!

I was able to find the one I wanted quickly. These are such a great idea, especially for someone who lost their pet.
