I had called around and was looking for someone to get rid of rats in the attic. Other companies quoted prices right over the phone, but seemed more that they wanted to sell me a monthly service instead of getting rid of my rats. Critter Control put me at ease immediately on the phone. They didn't quote prices and in fact their price was expensive, but well worth the money. They came out and trapped for two weeks, then had a team come out and vacuum out all my old, torn and soiled insulation, the sanitized, blocked all and I mean ALL entrance points to the attic, did a smoke test on the plumbing and then put in all new insulation. I am very pleased. If you want it done right, call Critter Control first.
