Everything about the swing set was as described and the sales people and technician who installed the swing set were very pleasant and professional.

Bad experience with install and after install the side net was missing. The sales team is good during purchase but very poor execution

I love the playset that we got. The install team was great! However 5 months later and the picnic bench is already coming apart. It seems as though throughout the entire structure they did not use the correct size screws.

We had the most pleasant experience from start to finish - from the time playing in the showroom to the fabulous crew who worked in frigid temps with rain to get the set up for our little one to enjoy.

Great experience. From the sales team to the assembly crew who put up the swingset in the backyard. Quality construction that will last. I have no fears even if the whole neighborhood was playing on it all at once. Only potential issue is price. But you truly get what you pay for. Well worth it.

Customer service sucks for how much they charge.

We bought a floor model play set and the company was right on time and did a great job setting it up! They were very polite and professional! We were very happy with the service and our grandson loves to play on it!
