Swing set is well built, but the slide is flimsy, and the swings are to close together they squeezed 4 into a small space ans if the kids put legs or arms out just a little someone will get really hurt so we may take one down and spread them out!

Excellent customer service! We had an on-site consultant visit our property to give us multiple options on the proper playset. The consultant spent a tremendous amount of time measuring and going over every detail. The purchase was easy and the delivery / build was fast. The quality of these play systems are superior (I did plenty of researching)! My daughter loves all the features...especially having lunches on the picnic table below her playhouse! I highly recommend this brand!

We looked and looked and looked and looked for our first play set. There is so much out there, it was a bit overwhelming. We couldn't imagine the dimensions, how it would be in our yard, whether we needed add-ons, etc. Our children are 5 years apart: oldest is 7 and youngest is 2, so we wanted versatile without breaking the bank. Then we received a flyer from Creative Playthings in the mail-- serendipity at its best. Better yet, there was a store in our town that we didn't even know about (and right off a main highway close for many people wanting to see things first hand). We walked into a clean, comfortable setting and saw 5 different models. The sales staff were friendly, very accommodating, and easy to work with. They also helped us make a few decisions, and there was no pressure at all. We left and thought things through for a few days. When we were ready to purchase, we walked in again and the buying experience was the same: low pressure, MULTIPLE add-ons for free (part of the sale for the season), and when we couldn't decide we were able to SEE enough to help us along. We ended up spending what we had expected, which was only a bit more than what we almost purchased from Craigslist for a used set that we would have to break down, transport to our house, and rebuild. Three weeks later a Creative Playthings builder came over and in 4 hours he meticulously put together the set. He left our yard very clean and showed us that one of the piece of material had very small surface scratches that he would report to the Company. We ended up receiving a replacement for that piece. Meanwhile, our children love the set and we suspect it will be used for at least 10 years if not more (the adults love to swing on it also -wink-).

Customer service is great but product just ok. Staff were very polite and easy to work with. I have no complaints with the company. I have two main issues with the set. 1) the wood is a cheaper pine but the price is premium, you can get a better quality wood for a similar sized set for much less online or at warehouse retailers and 2) several of the boards that were installed in my set had knots and other imperfections that will undoubtedly reduce the useful life. I understand variation in wood/boards, but for the premium price you would think the company would not use some of the boards they used, which had glaring imperfections that you can see through. Also, probably a function of the less sturdy pine, after one summer of use (from August to October) I already see cracking in some of the stairs. If I had to do it again I would probably just buy online or at Costco for a better wood for less money.

I was happy with my the purchase, installation and delivery. After only 3 months the screws starting popping. There were about 20 screws that literally broke in half within 6 months. The boards starting popping up. I called the location where i purchased it and they said it was past the warranty! I spent almost $4000 on this playset and the screws only last a few months? How is this not covered? Screws costs a few cents each but they can’t replace them? I won’t be going back.

I love our swingset! The kids love it! It’s good quality. I like that it had different options to add to it. It made it so easy that they came and put it together.
