I added on to my 5 year play set. It’s the best play set on the market.

The Lexington play set we got is amazing. Cool design and options, and real quality components. The installation went quick and easy, they did a great job!

We love our swing set. The first sales person we spoke to was great, came to our home, measured our yard, told us how each playscape would fit in our yard and the configurements we could have. We purchased and those who came to assemble were great. After about 2 months, one of the boards warped and caused the tarp and the bar that it was on, to fly out. I contacted the store who passed my message to the services department. I had to call every week for a month before the manager (not the salesperson who sold us the playscape) actually called the company that they have service the playscape. Once they had made an appointment they were told the wrong issue, so they had to re-order the correct board, and it took another 2 months for that to come in. We've had it now for over a year and it is great, but if you have any issue, even though there is a lifetime guarantee, be prepared to have time to call every day, otherwise they won't help you.

Great customer service!!

We purchased the one of the Yorktown packages last fall and had it installed this spring. The showroom was fantastic and gave my son an opportunity to try things out. It gave us a good sense of the quality of the playset as well. Geoff (the salesman) was outstanding and answered every question I had. The product itself seems to be excellent in the first few weeks we've had it. The true test will be how it holds up to time. This playset is more expensive than other brands but the quality seems to be far superior to the competitors. Ultimately, I believe this is an area where the we get what we pay for. The only complaint I have is with the installers (well, one of the two). Though they were cordial & friendly, one of them did smoke cigarettes quite a bit. I'm not a smoker and have a strong dislike to the habit but since the doors & windows were closed when they installed, I didn't mind him basically chain smoking while installing. I did have a problem with the cigarette butts on the ground around the install area. I had explicitly asked that they clean them all up. They picked up most of them, but I still found 4 after they had left. Clearly this isn't a knock against the product or against the company, but it did impact my overall impression.

We thought we were getting a quality product with service from a company that promoted quality and cared about is customers. I do not feel we got either. When we went to the Canton showroom the young man that was there helping us was awesome! Very helpful and knowable and we felt good about what were getting. Then we had the "Yorktown" assembled on June 20th 2017. After the first month we noticed the some of the boards on the rock wall were cracking and splitting and it looked like some of the small cracking was getting larger so I called about the issues. It took 2 months to have someone to replace a few boards and hack it together and this only happening after several phone calls and emails. I was also very displeased with the "repair" that was performed. The slats are uneven, crooked and gouged up and on some of the boards, they were all splintered up where the screws were put in. And while they were replacing those they split another part of the of the club house wall that had to be completely replaced. The worst part was that the repair person didn't even tell me. I saw it after I noticed he had left. This is unacceptable! Especially as the playground was only 3 months old. This playground hadn't even been through a winter yet. And there are other parts that were cracking. If we wanted something disposable we would have gone to a box store and paid $800 instead of 9k. I'm not really sure on how to end this review. The wife and I put out 9k for this playground. It may not seem like a lot to most of the customers that come in, but its a lot to us. We wanted something really nice and safe for our children. I do not feel like we got either.

The installers did a great job, they were quick and left no mess.
