Love the trampoline and the install went great! A wonderful experience!

Installation was perfect and just as planned

We studied many options of swing sets for our grandchildren and decided on a Creative Playthings set with swings slide and two climbing apparatus. It has been an overwhelming success!

The best customer service! I spoke with many different people throughout the process up until delivery of my order. Each and every person was kind, thoughtful and extremely helpful. I highly recommend purchasing through Creative Playthings.

Bolt literally snapped in half. After 2 months a bolt securing handle at the top of a ladder literally snapped in half. Its been 3 weeks since I notified them and nothing has been replaced and they cannot provide me with any information when the new pieces will be available. Inept customer service.

Great product. Looking forward to using it with my family. Feels safe and my daughter loves it. Well built, sturdy.

My grandson was thrilled with his new play structure. Unfortunately the climbing wall was not installed properly. The bottom slat came complete off and other slats were not attached tightly. Very disappointing that the installation was not professionally installed.

The swing set itself is fantastic, unfortunately the installation did not go very smoothly and we are in the process of getting some new pieces of wood and having CPT come back out to fix. They have been very good about customer service with our issues. Make sure that you check out the set thoroughly after installation since there's a 30 day window for issues. I'm hoping once everything is fixed we have a long run with the set itself.
