This was very good quality. I am an architectural designer and have suggested your commercial line to clients after installing a residential play set for my kids.

I ordered the swingset was so exited for it to arrive. Showed them where to set up. Came home to find it in wrong spot. They came back to move to correct spot... came out to find part of the swingset being held stable with a rock. The man was so rough with moving it that he cracked parts of the wood. Or maybe it came that way and I had just noticed now. Nonetheless I called customer service, sent emails, pictures and not one person reached out to apologize or try to convince me to keep the swingset (not that I would since it was defected) but it just set a tone for the company in my opinion. I got my refund... took14 days even though I paid cash. Overall a bad experience. Which is disheartening because my children no longer have a swingset.

I can't say enough about the technicians Jerry and Marc who moved our swing set from another location. Not only were they prompt but jovial and courteous at 8:00 in the morning! They pay attention to details and are professional in their work. I highly recommend asking for them for any service appointments you may need. I would also like to commend Kaitlyn for being so helpful in addressing our needs. She also is a pleasure to talk to and is happy to be of assistance in any issues that may arise.

The Canton, MA sales reps were very informative and made the swing set selection easy. The installers showed up when scheduled and assembled the set in the pouring rain. A high quality product that I expect will last a very long time. There was not a single negative with this purchase.
