oh dearyyyyyyyyyyyyy

My last order was not handled as efficiently as in the past. It came in several shipments, items that should have been backordered were not automatically ordered, and I did not receive all the items I wanted. It was very disappointing since I had a deadline so sufficient supplies would be on hand for a craft sale. Luckily I found another source for the product we needed. I hope this was just a one-time problem because I had no trouble with previous orders.

Great prices and super customer service. I won't hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Always fast, accurate service. They always seem to have in stock what I need.

Great prices and customer service.

Love that I can find everything in one place. You have great prices and such good quality.

They tried 3 times to send the correct zipper and still didn’t get it right.

What a GREAT place to shop for crafts :-)
