Service has been exceptional - Steve and Elaine at the office and John who installed the alarm system were very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my new alarm - Highly recommend Crime Prevention Systems for excellent customer service.

The technicians were terrific
The technicians were terrific. Here at the time agreed on, were very neat, knew their stuff. So easy with Elaine who set up this upgrade.

Very good service form start to finish!
Our installer, John, was very efficient, informative, and kind. He was thorough in his installation, and took the time to answer a multitude of questions. Our service rep, Elaine, was also informative and thorough in her presentation. I am glad to have contracted this service with Crime Prevention. The professionalism allows me to feel confident in their security system.
