I really like the notification capability Crime Prevention Security Systems provide and use it often.

The monitoring service does not respond to alarms trigger by opening of main door if the disarming code is entered. They argue that they interpret that the alarm was triggered by the customer and thus disarmed. I argued about the probability of being under Pressure by an armed assailant to disarm the alarm. They said that a secret alarm code 2580 should be entered. I requested a different code because that one is mentioned on the internet as a widely know disarming code under pressure. They said that there is no chance of assigning a diferent duress code. The service was better when I moved here and reactivated the alarm. i was thinking lately about disconnecting the service. I do not feel safe.
