Nelson was amazing, friendly, and kind (to even my cat!) while installing my new alarm system. He explained it very well, was thorough, and careful during the installation.

I spoke with Julie Hoffman this morning to tell her our Positive Pay Service with our Bank (to prevent fraud) had sent the approval email for incoming checks to my Spam folder in my email in error, so the check to Crime Prevention was returned. We had to install some corrective IT to stop this in the future. She was most gracious, helpful and fun to talk with. We did send a new check to cover the reject, but her follow-up with us was very supportive and helpful. The staff at Crime Prevention, whom we really value for our office security, gets an A+, especially Julia and Dee! Thank you again! Linda, Accountant at Exit 1st Class Realty

Kailey just helped me solve all of my problems that I had. Usually I just get put on hold at a company and sent for a run around but from the moment Kailey picked up the phone she did not stop until I was satisfied. Thank you so much for excellent customer service.

Bill was incredible and tenacious! Came up with a solution to fix my broken lock even though it was late at night and took a lot of his personal time. He did an incredible job. Crime Prevention is lucky to have him!
