This review is clearly fictitious and black hat - based on the name (which, itself is defamatory) and the content.

I thought it’s recognised in Australia but it’s all a scam.Never trust this CPR certificate Refund is unsuccessful even though I won’t be using the certificate here..

Hi Frank, MYCPR NOW is a US-based company. We are fully transparent about that and state it numerous times on our site, as well as on the certification pages themselves. Acceptance in other countries and specific job-related qualifications should be checked prior to purchase. We very clearly state this on our certification pages, FAQ page, terms page, etc.

This is not valid in Canada, I've seen too many people give this as first aid certification and I have to keep rejecting these tickets. Disappointing that they are not more clear with where this would be accepted. I can guarantee this is not a competitor, I’m a safety professional who has to turn workers away with this training as it is not valid in Canada. I’d honestly be surprised if it was accepted even on the states. You are dealing with peoples lives potentially so without hands on training and practicable demonstration you don’t know what the person has retained. Good luck to the people who use this, I hope you never have to save me or anyone I care about.

MyCPR NOW is a US-based company. We state this numerous times on our website and are extremely clear and transparent about it. At this time, we are considering this a black-hat review from a competitor, since "NA" hasn't disclosed a name and has only left this 1 review.

I had a great experience with MyCPR! The Pet CPR + First Aid course was super clear, easy to follow, and actually kept my attention—which says a lot. I really appreciated how it focused on real-life situations without feeling overwhelming. As someone who travels full-time with my dog, I feel way more confident knowing I’d be able to help him if something ever happened. The company seems to really care about making safety education accessible, and I think they’re doing a great job. Definitely recommend!
