The item was packaged well and true to description. Not the fastest shipping. Took 7-8 days.

Since I can't see what order this is…
Since I can't see what order this is referring to because the website does not display orders in the past 30 days (60 days does work but does not show the recent order), I can't know for sure what order you are referring to. The last order was fine. One item came quickly, one item I got an email on 10/6 indicating it just shipped and arrived on 10/7.

The box was taped and retaped to hold it together
The box appeared to have gone through WW2 and the right wheel was bent about 1/2". I fix it, I pulled the axel and straightened it with a hammer. All is acceptable now. The packaging condition would make me think it was a poorly reboxed return. Don't get me wrong, I am happy that it runs and doesnt seem to have any damage other than what I mentioned. Packaging should be much better than just slopping around in a box. Sorry as Im not a negative person, but have not seen such packaging issues. Maybe look at Bluetti shipping options. Regards, Art
