The tubing does not fit the end of my…
The tubing does not fit the end of my mask. Very disappointed.

I received the wrong product
I received the wrong product. I did as Emily instructed and sent her images of the wrong product. I am waiting to hear back on how to proceed. It's unfortunate because the existing nasal pillow that I have is unusable. I am out of commission until I receive the correct product.
