Customer service not that great
Customer service not that great. Still haven't gotten an answer to my question regarding nozzle placement.

Company communicates well
Company communicates well with emails and tracking order. I liked the follow up call about my order was from a real person. I did not like that the follow-up call included a "special offer" to spend more money.
