It's my first time purchasing medical supplies from an online vendor, and in this current health crisis, getting quality, heavy-duty oxygenators was no easy task. I contacted a few and found out many were still backordered. The one I did manage to order and pay for, said they were reviewing my prescription (it does not and should not take a week to do so) - when I called them, they admitted they were on backorder and will let us know when it's available. CPAPDirect's communication is EXCELLENT with extremely fast responses via email and chat. I've been enjoying the oxygenators already and the funny thing is, the other company that I ordered from let me know they are still on backorder. We cancelled and got our money back. Go with CPAPDirect if you want direct answers and direct delivery of your most needed items.

I paid $19.99 plus $7.95 shipping & handling expecting to receive 3 medium nose pads, but only received one. That is highway robbery for an item I must have.
