Love the Ozone cleaning Power ! NO cleaning ,agents , to mess with and replace all the time. Not to mention , no mess around the sink any more. Nice to know your mask and hose are clean and ready when you are.

I ordered a Large ResMed AirFit F10 Headgear Assembly and appears to fit more like an extra large size. I fit the head gear with my face mask and all of the adjustments are now at max. This leaves me without any room to adjust the head gear over he next few months. Not pleased with your Product. :(

Q - I'm glad we were able to get this issue resolved. I believe you have been sent an email from our General Manager and he is hoping that you will kindly respond. GR

Easy to order and very prompt delivery exactly as promised. Would have given five stars except they never answered a customer service email question about set-up -- eventually figured it out myself and now unit works fine. Too soon (less than two weeks) to comment on effectiveness, but I have high hopes.

Customer service rep, Ryan, was extremely helpful in resolving our leak issue with the SoClean2. I was concerned that we would be stuck with a non-functioning machine because the trial period was about to end. Ryan was committed to both the quality of the SoClean equipment and to us, as customers. He assisted in resolving the problem and we are now quite satisfied with performance of the machine but, most importantly, with the attitude and helpfulness of cpapdirect staff.

It was nice to find a supplier that sells replacement parts for masks rather than to have to buy with headgear. That gets very expensive. I had inadvertently ordered the wrong mask and it was good that I was able to change before it shipped. Have you ever considered doing an auto subscription program or sending reminder emails when it is time to replace?

Had the shipping costs been more reasonable I would have rate this supplier with 5 stars.
