Claudine found just the right part, AND did the right research with a previous order, AND directed me to account password reset that worked. (Previous attempts on my own, failed.)

Tiana (spelling?) was very helpful today in helping me choose a battery for my Air Sense 11 and Air Mini Cpap machines. She verified information about which she was unsure with a colleague and also sent me a great You Tube video on how to reset some of the settings on my Air Mini.
