I found the ramp to be sturdy, but light and easier to handle than our previous one. The latch is a good idea, but is hard to align and difficult to lock into position so it leaves a lot to be desired. All in all I'm pleased with the purchase and my dog has no problem using it.

The instructions were vague, each panel is numbered however they need to be oriented correctly and this is extremely helpful. I had to disassemble screwed together panels due to later in the assembly process realizing they were oriented incorrectly. Screws listed for one assembly were not long enough and had to use some of my own. Some cracks in supports had to be glued before assembling.

Hi customer, Thank you so much for the feedback, which could drive us to make improvements and avoid further troubles. In this case, we have to explain that we never or will send anything damaged or destroyed as we checked every parcel before shipping out. In this case, the parcel must be damaged in transit under the violent shipment. Second, we never prevent you from returning, in reverse, we solved this with a full refund without returning the item, which is the more efficient way to solve your problem and regain your trust to our store and item. Please don't worry, we are responsible seller and never let customer down. Whatever you meet with our items, please don't hesitate to contact us directly, and we will definitely solve them in the best way. Best wishes, Coziwow Customer Service
