Scam scam scam! Sizes are way too small and not accurate According to their size chart, they will not return and not refund! do not order from them.!!

Extremely poor experience. I received 2 jumpsuits which were too small. The jumpsuits were poor fabric quality however I accepted this for the price. I requested an exchange for larger size or a refund as stated per policy on their website. I received several unprofessional responses. They would not provide return address or any exchange or refund. I would advise against buying anything from this fraudulent and unprofessional website. Don't waste your money. I was eventually offered $5 compensation. I could not be bothered with the insult.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. Really bad customer service, in fact no customer service. Ordered two jumpsuits at $59.38 for both. Took weeks to arrive and when they did they were polyester rubbish. Extremely small in size and no information on how to return/exchange or get a refund. From previous reviews I see that my chance of returning them is low. I will keep them and donate to a charity shop. Maybe some good will come if the purchase.

Item is super small ordered 2XL its a 12-14 in size. Won't give money back. I was overcharged and offered a credit for the overcharge, that never hit my paypal. The item is crappy, polyester, garbage that will have picks and broken seams. Don't be tempted customer service is AWFUL!

Like all of above this is a scam company. They send inferior goods so there is no comeback as they say they have fulfilled their part of the contract. The garment jumpsuit was very poor quality wrong colour and miles too long! They refuse a return and offered 3 dollars to keep! Do not use this company!!!!

Can we not give zero stars absolutely terrible service. Jumpsuits aren’t that bad but ordered the wrong size so can’t wear and they won’t take back and swap. Completely ignore you it’s a scam and probably work out of a sweat shop

This company is a scam. I believe it is a Chinese company pretending to be in London. The quality was absolutely awful and they are refusing to accept the return, saying, it will be too expensive for me to do so. In their last email they offered $3.00 in compensation if I keep the dress! Do not order anything from this company.

Having received the products the fabric was heavy polyester, no drape and totally unacceptable. I started the question of a return and refund immediately on receipt. After several "delay tactics', photos being sent, the bottom line is they don't give refunds. Do not purchase unless you are prepared to forgo any type of refund.
