The manager was Excellent, Most managers even if they are not busy do not leave the desk. This manager took the time to diagnosis my problem by asking very good questions. And then left his desk and made the repair himself . I would highly recommend this transmission shop.

We love our work, Johnny, so being hands on in our repairs is a big part of that. Thank you for your 5-star feedback, and thanks for being our guest.

Gian Was great in the front office. CVT transmissions are typically totally replaced at dealership for 4800-5500, $2750 and I basically got a re-manufactured CVT, with same 12 month/12K mile warranty as dealership.

I like the service and more than satisfied with the knowledge of manager and all other workers. Another attractive part was the reasonable price for the service as compared to other service centers. I will definitely recommend Cottman for all customers.

The shop was very professional and completed my transmission and rear differential drain and fill in a prompt manner. They also did a free inspection which assured me I had no issues to worry about. They also had great competitive prices and would highly recommend them.
