Good experience in setting up, easy to get approved and good customer service.

My experience thus far has been great. I've ordered from a few other online health services during my health journey and Cosmeticrx has had the best customer service of any of them. I was contacted a few hours after my initial online consultation by a real person (shout out Melissa) and had a quick introductory call that explained anything I had questions about. I haven't received my prescription yet, but feel confident that they will handle the process well. And if I have problems, I have a real person I can reach out to!

As a first time client I found CosmeticRx very easy to order from. I submitted my order and a question and they contacted me back within 24 hours. I received a phone call from a pleasant rep named Melissa. She answered all my questions and submitted my order with ease. I highly recommend this company!

I made an order through Groupon. I had trouble at first using the code but was able to resolve it quickly and get my prescription sent.

Overall good experience. Only thing that I don't like s that the website doesn't send out notifications so when you have a message from your doctor you don't know and have to go check. Great price on products though!
