Spent a lot of extra money acquired a lot of extra fees paid their company they provide no positive service they were unable to do the service except the only service they were able to do is run up a bill charge me more and save me zero stay away from this company at all costs all you will do is save nothing and will only inquire extra fees

⭐ ONE STAR. AVOID. My experience with Corporate Rescue Advisors was an absolute nightmare. They withdrew approximately $70,000 from my business accounts through recurring payments while advising me to stop paying my creditors. Meanwhile, to my knowledge, they never contacted a single one of my lenders to negotiate anything. The result? My accounts became delinquent, a UCC lien was filed against my business, and I was left in a substantially worse financial position than when I started. When I finally demanded my money back, instead of taking responsibility or explaining where roughly $70,000 had gone, I was told that I supposedly owed them even more money. And this is not something prospective customers should simply take my word for. There is an active lawsuit in Broward County alleging deceptive practices and unauthorized practice of law, along with multiple BBB complaints that prospective customers should read for themselves before signing anything. After what happened to my business, I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to research them thoroughly, read the complaints, review the litigation, and speak with an independent attorney before allowing them anywhere near your finances. As for the glowing online reviews, based on my experience with this company, I personally find them extremely difficult to reconcile with what actually happened to me. My biggest warning: Do not hand over access to your bank account without understanding exactly what they can withdraw, what work they are contractually required to perform, and what happens if they fail to deliver. I wish someone had warned me before approximately $70,000 left my business accounts.

This was the biggest mistake of my life. Roger Mohr handled my case. He was incompetent and I am seeking legal advice to sue them. He repeatedly advised me all the way through to ignore all correspondence. Then the company they were supposed to be helping me with filed a ucc lien. I repeatedly voiced my concern over this He convinced me it was an empty threat and to keep ignoring it. He kept saying I had legal help if by chance anything. Then the lien was enforced and all my resources frozen. The legal help I paid for was worthless and helped nothing. I ended up negotiating my own settlement. All of this about cost me everything, my business, my home. I was left standing there to tell my employees I could not pay them and we couldn’t continue to work. All I can say is this is nothing more than an another company taking advantage of people in bad situations. All it did was cost me more money. Please don’t do this.

Corporate Rescue Advisors did nothing of what their name implies. They stole $2500.00 of my company money saying that they were going to defend me and did nothing. I will be paying my debt on my own without assistance. I will be reporting them to BBB as well. Sincerely, Thomas Steinbauer
