It is a company of scammers who steal money from people. They stole from me. They cheated me. They made a fraud. They stole more than $ 5000 from me and they did nothing. did not recommend it

They did negotiate a settlement, but have failed at everything else. They do not help settle any liens or help after they get their money. Poor customer service, mediocre negotiations skills, do not recommend.

We have been calling and emailing you almost every day and get no response from you. As a matter of fact, that settlement you are referencing almost did't happen because you would not call us back to accept it until the very last minute. This is a conversation that would have been had over the phone, but since you don't answer us I am forced to leave it here. It is impossible to provide customer service to a customer that ignores you, and that "mediocre settlement" was for 53% of what you owed, I am not sure what is mediocre about that.

Due to COVID 19, my company has been shut down for over a year. CCS reached out to me to see if they could help me negotiate some debt I incurred from another company. Both Kalena and Tobi were great to work with and they were attentive and understanding of my situation. Tobi was able to negotiate a settlement at 50% of what I originally owed.

Tobi was very thorough in her efforts on my company's behalf and was able to reach a nice settlement.

Jason and Tobi took very good care of me. The start of the process was something I got used to but they really brought it all together at the end. Deadlines were set and beaten by a lot.
