The udress i put last time changed and i dont know how I had to pay for seccond shipping to my udress even that i didnt know how it changed and i essumed that the udress i put last rime is still ther For me its a lot of money but nothing i said helps. I dont know if it is a bug or something elsse. But i didnt put that udress

We are very sorry for the frustration surrounding this order, and we truly did everything we could to help resolve the situation fairly and respectfully. For clarity, the order placed through our online store was submitted with a shipping address in Texas, USA, by the customer. Because the order total was over $99, it automatically qualified for our free U.S. shipping policy, so no shipping charge was paid on that order at checkout. The order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, and delivery confirmation email all reflected the Texas shipping address that was entered during checkout. The package was then successfully delivered to that address. After delivery, the customer contacted us and explained that the address was incorrect and that the package should have been shipped to Israel instead. Although the original package had already been delivered to the address provided on the order, and despite this not being an error made by our staff or store, we still chose to help by sending a completely new replacement shipment internationally to Israel at our own expense for the replacement products. We did not charge the customer a second time for the original order. The only payment requested was the normal DHL international shipping cost required to send a brand-new replacement package to Israel — the same type of shipping charge the customer paid successfully on their first order to Israel earlier this year. In other words: *The customer was not charged again for products. *The customer was not charged for the original lost shipment. *We absorbed the loss of the original order ourselves. *The customer only paid the actual international shipping cost to Israel for the replacement shipment. We genuinely value our customers and went above and beyond to make sure the customer still received their products in Israel.
