Alexis is always friendly and professional. There is always a question of when and what is happening with the information. I have always been given the attention I need if information seems irregular. (BP, sugar, blood oxygen, etc).

The glucómeter is malfunctioning a nurse was suppose to call I never received a call. O sent a text requesting cancellation of the program never received a response.
