I have only had this case for about 4 months before it broke.
The Cooper case I bought was a tablet case with a Bluetooth keyboard attached. For the first few months it worked very well, but unfortunately my sisters cases broke. It broke because the charging port came out with the charging cable. Sadly, after that my charging port started to become loose, I was delicate, but it only took a month for the charging port to come out as well.

Great customer service as well in helping to choose the right product as in helping when there are questions regarding shipping. Definitely a keeper!

This case is excellent
This case is excellent: sturdy and protective. My daughter and son-in-law gave me my first one and I ordered a replacement after I dropped the first.

Customer service doesn't exist
I ordered two cases, mistakenly for the wrong model. When I asked to return it, I was completely ignored. So much for customer service. My $56 or so gone...never to be seen again. Even though in ordered the correct cases after.

The item is very useful and handy
The item is very useful and handy. The only downside is that it does not come with a touchpad, which is not a big issue considering that the device would function on touchscreen.
