My order got delivered a few days ago, however, there was a 1-day delay from the original delivery date. Overall it went well, i have no complaints.

4 star for customer service as far as fast responsiveness, low stars for product quality and shipping. First order was delayed. Advised it was lost in transit and would reship. It was 2 solar lamps which finally arrived 3+ months later. One did not work. They replaced it, but very poor packaging from Chine to Canada caused it to arrive as shattered glass. Finally they agreed to refund me for the 2nd light, but now I have the first which doesn't match anything.

I wrote a very bad review and coolights contacted me and made good on my order. They replaced the non-working lights. Bravo to them!

I bought two of these lights and they arrived this week. They look so lovely. I am completely delighted with them.
