Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Communication of product shipping date was appreciated. Product received was as ordered. This was the second time ordering through Cool Frames. I will continue with them because each time was as advertised and delivered accurately. Thank you.

When ordering my frames I was matched up with my old frame and size. My old frames are approximately 10 yrs old so the sales tech matched it up with the same brand ,style and size. The frames appear identical except for color. After receiving the new frames from Cool Frames my lenses from my old frame did not fit.The lenses falls out easily. I immediately called customer service.I explained the same scenario as above. The agent told me I would need to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.I emphasized the ordinal sales person assured me the frame was compatible with my existing lenses. The agent which whom I was having this exchange with just kept repeating return policy and appeared to care less about the mixed message I was given from the original sales person.I requested to speak with a manager and he agreed ,but reassured me “ they would tell me the same” This is the first time I have ordered frames online. I,m appalled at this company’s lack of and will NEVER use them again. I now need to have another set of lenses cut to fit this new frame.I will not pay a 20% restocking fee because Of the sales rep lacking professional skill to advise. Save yourself money and go to a company which is interested in customer satisfaction.

Great selection. Delivered quickly. Fit and perscription are perfect.

What an amazing experience! I've been waiting for over 4 months for the exact same frame to ship from another online frame company. Within a week, not only did I have my fantastic new prescription glasses, but the process was quick, easy and I was updated about the order status at every turn. I'm still blown away by the whole experience! If you're deciding between Cool Frames and another online dealer, learn from me and go with Cool Frames.

The first pair I ordered included lenses, with the extra options. They were great at first, but over time the lenses become hazy. They look kind of milky, but don’t come clean. The second pair of frames I ordered (without lenses this time) took two weeks, despite the promise of fast delivery!

Shipping was prompt. I even received a beautiful Lilly Pulitzer eye glass case and an extra set of lenses.

Made lenses incorrect and customer service was not helpful

Didnt received anything yet
