Customer experience is excellent. Product is perfect. 4 stars not five just because my order was out of stock and it was not mentioned during ordering. But coolframes overcame the issue and offered me a refund or to wait until the product is available which I gladly waited. Thanks

glasses perfect. delivery slow
I had no prescription on these glasses, but it still took a month. Just a little slower than expected. the glasses are perfect. if you can just go faster, customers would be happier.
