Horrible glasses, horrible customer service team. I paid for two pairs of the same glasses. Both came extremely crooked. And instead of owning up to their faults and giving new pairs of glasses, they told me that everyone's face is different and that I just need to get them adjusted WITH MY OWN MONEY at an optician. I would understand this if the frames were loose on my face or something, but this is a completely bent frame and they want me to fix it. At first, they were not willing to help me whatsoever and told me that even if they were to make an exception, I would have to pay for the return label to even get a refund. Only when I stopped playing their games and asked for a manager did they even try to help me by sending me a new frame. Also, every time you ask to speak to a manager, they will make some BS excuse of how the manager isn't in or the manager is busy, or whatever the case may be. But this is the third time I try to speak to them, and for some reason, they are still busy or not in the office. Strange. I am still waiting to speak to the mythical manager. Let's see if they will actually be able to help me.
