i ordered frames only, the frames are ok but i could not give 5 stars because of how long it took for the frames to reach me..shipped for warehouse in FL. to NY. than in MI.. i like the frames but if there not in stock it can take a few wk's to receive them.

found hard to find eyeglasses that are expensive but not made in the US Cool frames had them and i got them within a few days. other companies never came through. Also, Cool Frames gave me a discount because i found them cheaper on a different website. Can't beat that! Very satisfied customers, and the glasses are stunning!

I received my item on time as promised, and I like the quality of the product

I strictly ordered frames to have filled by my eye doctor. When I ordered, I originally chose 2day shipping for a fee. Two days later, no notice of glasses being delivered. Earlier that day, I received an email from cool frames that my order will ship as soon as THEY receive it. No "2day" shipping, but they refunded my fee and I chose to get them with the most economical shipping. I am pleased with the product and the customer service.

Customer service was poor to say the least. Being charged a 20% "restock fee" for an item that was returned unworn and in brand new condition is pathetic. I definitely wouldn't shop here again.

Only complaint..frames took longer to arrive than stated on the website. Otherwise fine.

Really enjoyed ordering online and the savings. I think there were a couple areas on the website when ordering that was a little misguiding regarding the type of frames. The husband and son both love their glasses. They are concerned where they may have to go to get them adjusted or replaced if the issues arises. They said the fit was perfect to the ears and nose. Thank you.
