I just received my new glasses today. I am very happy with them and the workmanship since they are muti-focal lenses. . Bought these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. They fit perfectly.

Purchasing and shipping was great but the problem is the frame has a defect. The left hinge at the temples is defective and moves back and forth or wobbles. The right temple piece is secure and firm. It appears it is the hinge attached to the left temple piece is the problem. I don't know how to contact Cool Lens to get this fixed.

They are perfect and the service was great. All questions were answered and I got a phone back from tjem.

Gave me wrong lenses then would not refund money. Shocking service. Avoid this online retailer.
