Truly impressed by the quality of the frames. They were half the cost of ordering them through my optometrist office.

I think that a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs is too much for frames without lenses that didn't match the color of the same frames purchased previously from this vendor. The frames were returned in new condition with all packaging. Next time I will purchase from the doctor's office so that I can see that the actual frames I am purchasing meet my expectations.

Thank you for the return business, the frame although made by the same company may not be made with the same materials as the previous year as the plastics the frame is made from change with each bulk. We would be more then happy to apply a store credit to the restocking fee you were charged. Lee W.

The service you provided was Great however the Product was not up to par. We went to a local eyeglass store to have the bows aligned to keep the glasses from falling off his head and they told us that the spring in the left bow was very weak and would not last much longer and will break? I would say that for new frames this would be highly unusual.

Thank you so much for your order. When a frame is purchased without lenses like in your case we only make sure they are straight before leaving here. We understand the eyewear will be taken to a local shop for lens insertion and the final adjustment is made there. The frame has a one year warranty against defects. Lee W.

The frame is broken down. And I won't be able to send it back.

Thank you for your purchase, we are sorry the frame you bought broke. We do not manufacture these frames, we just resell them. With that said you are completely covered by a warranty and we will exchange the frame for you if you return the defective one to us. Lee W.
