Customer service is wonderful. Needed to return an item. Emails were answered promptly. Return shipping label was provided and a refund was issued within 2 days of CB receiving the item. Purchase was made through Walmart. We don't usually purchase items that cannot be returned to the store due to the hassle of the return. Not so in this case. We will definately make an exception for CONVENIENCE BOUTIQUE and use them again. Thank you for standing behind your product. Your sales team members are an asset to your company.
