The container people were great, the moving person that shipped it done great as well. They put it right where I needed it at. Can not complain. Way cheaper than building a wood shed. I can also move it again if need be. Will use again.

Ok you ask. It take 3 weeks to get it. When I called it was hard to get anyone to answer. The person in (Dave) has not professional whistling on the phone. When the container arrived the driver looked confused parked in the middle of the street I had to tell him to move for the school bus to get by. He informed me he could not back in the drive. (I just had a trailer this side in there last week with a car port.) He did try but acted like he didn't know how. I ended up taking him to a second location to unload it. The man was in slow motion the whole time. He was upset when I told I would not sign the paper work UNTIL he opened the container. He ask why. I called Dave back told him the problem. I ask for the form to ask for a refund for not delivering to my site. He said ok BUT it would not do any good.

We only use DOT certified and quailified turcking companies. If driver felt it was unsafe he will not do anyhting that would cause any damage. This is why we go over all deliver details with you when you place the order so there will be no suprises at delivery. We are sorry the driver refused for something they felt was unsafe or could cause damage. Tiltbed trailers are different than a normal flatbed trailers. He has height issues, tilting issues when unloading to be concerned about. Sorry for the bad frustaitng experience you had. We will work on better communication with you after you place a order abut deliver proceedures.

Container door on left drops 3/4 in. when opened making it very difficult to close. Pitting rust covers exterior with flaking paint at least 7 locations very serious will need attention soon, 4 pitted areas on roof holding standing water, only a matter of time before failing if not addressed soon.

Your container is exactly the grade you pruchased. You still have a warranty on the lower grade of container you purchased. Sorry you are unhappy with the container and you can upgrade at anytime.

the start was a bit rough due to some computer glitch. Once we got it figured out the rest went pretty much ok. I am pleased with my box and look forward to my next purchase.
