When the driver delivered he told my wife he wasn't able to back up But where he put it, it's still setting there it's on an incline in the ground was wearable, so I don't have anything much to say about you with the driver was a sorry driver.I wasn't here.He took advantage of my wife and my daughter

We’re sorry the delivery experience was frustrating. For safe placement, the delivery area has to allow enough solid, stable ground for the truck to unload properly, and sometimes the exact drop location may need to be adjusted based on site conditions at the time of delivery. Our logistics team works to confirm delivery details in advance and communicate any limitations as clearly as possible. If you’d like, please contact us directly so we can review the delivery with you in more detail.

The container leaked from the beginning first rain and snow we had the roof leak I took videos and pictures they wanted to know where it was leaking from I said the roof they said well you need to be more specific I had already loaded it many things got ruined and damaged and they wouldn't do anything about it I told him I would take him to small claims Court they they told me it was my responsibility to fix the leak even though I had a guarantee that it wouldn't leak for 5 years

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our warranty process does require documentation showing the active leak area so the appropriate repair can be issued, and we understand that process can be frustrating. If you’d like, please contact our team directly so we can review the status of your case and discuss the next steps.

Took a long time to get them but delivery was very good and I have one door that's very hard to close have to jack one door up to get it closed.
Response from Container One· Aug 6, 2026
Have you tried leveling the container? You should not need a jack to open/close doors and jacking the door up may cause other long term problems with the door. Give us a call and we can discuss solutions to your door issue.
