the offerings I choose didn't come up
the offerings I choose didn't come up. I choose .15KW and winded up with other plan. Tried to cancel and was told not able to. I looking at cancellation and paying the fine

Hi Bob, We're sorry to hear that the plan you wanted did not appear for you. Our rates and plans do change based on a number of factors including demand, weather and more. If you signed up for a plan, you do have 3 days to cancel your contract in Texas and up to 90 days in other states. If it is beyond that time period, you may be required to pay an early termination fee based on the state you live in. We have sent you an email requesting more information. If you could please respond to that, we will have our customer care managers look into this for you. Thank you.

I love Constellation Energy. The customer service reps are very friendly and very helpful. They helped me when I needed it most. I really appreciate each and every one of them who work there. Thank you for all you do.
