Spent £29.99 and got charged £260. after 15 hours on phone to HSBC I got a refund of of $190 so I am still short. Aviod Keto Elite and all its other names. They do not work. Total Scam If this happens to you go to your bank they will sort it out and get your money back.

Total scam. Needs investigating as this company takes money from your account fraudulently on an ongoing basis. Shame on you absolute crooks

They don’t even deserve one star. I purchased through FB. Advertised as £39.76 TOTAL COST. Buy 3 get 2 free. I was charged £198.95. I called customer care and completely fobbed me off. Said all they would do is refund me usd123.00 I received an email confirming sent 25/4. To date I have not received and chased continuously by phone as not replying to my many emails. When you finally get to speak to someone you get the same story. Then on the 26/5 they took another payment of £198.85. I called again and they said it was a roll over subscription, which I never agreed too. I called back later fuming and demanded to speak to their supervisor (how strange they not available) I said call being recorded and finally spoke to someone in charge. After usual explaining again and again she said she woujd send usd123.00 and usd246.01 (£198.85) and send me email immediately to say it’s been referred to accounts and will receive a E Cheque by email within 10days. Not looking hopeful as I’ve not received the email she promised to send once the call ended. My bank has stopped further payments but unable to take action. If anybody wants to contact me please do. 07725640927. They use well known people to advertise their products. Complete scam!!!

Best health keto. Did not order these but my account was debited nearly £200. Never got an email to confirm order!! Received an envelope with 5 bottles no invoice or way to return. I only hope my back can help me with a refund.

I purchaed Elite Keto apparently endorsed by Letitia Dean... what a con. I saw my bank account and they charged approx £ 140 when I had ordered one bottle and get one free for approx £30. I was also charged for two bottles of 'cleanse' which I definitely did NOT order.. I brought this up with them and they told me I did and I could tell they were not going to do anything but con others.. Also I ordered Elite Keto and what I received was 'Best Health Keto'. This scam needs to be reported and stopped. They are getting up the hopes of hundreds of people and conning them by completely overcharging. It's disgusting and does Letitia Dean even know?? where can I report them please.

If I could give negative stars I would. I clicked to buy a $39 of Keto gummies and went to pay and all of a sudden $199.99 was stolen from my card— I called and told them to cancel the order immediately and they said it has already been processed and they could not refund me! I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes and they hung up on me. I callled right back and the person told me he was ending the call because I already spoke to someone. What a crock. This place is a total scam- now I’m out $199 and can’t get my money back. Do not fall for this crap- I’m reporting them to the attorney generals office.

SCAM - similar experience to the others. Got charged at least 5x what I expected. Rang up and asked to cancel. They said too late already dispatched. I contacted my Australian credit card provider and told them that I WAS IN DISPUTE with the company. They asked for details and whether I had tried to resolve the issue. I had so they reversed the transaction. So much for the product having been already dispatched! Never turned up! They are absolute ratbags! (My preferred adjective got censored)

DO NOT BUY - Absolute rubbish - first and last time I will be fooled by click bait. No weight loss, if anything I’ve put on a couple of pounds. The only thing I’ve lost is over £100. They’re praying on those, like me, desperate to try something different. The only way to lose weight is calorie controlled diet - I’m going back to Weight Watchers.
