I’ve been totally impressed with the level of support and quick response I received from the representatives here. I appreciate the voicemail that was left this morning & the email letting me know a phone call was attempted to me. I was able to call back & speak with someone and get help I needed. I am not done with my divorce yet but pleased with the level of service so far.

Honestly, at first I was skeptical, I didn’t believe it would work. Nevertheless, I made up my mind and was pleasantly surprised by the service and speed of response. All the papers were drafted correctly and clearly, I did not have any problems in court. I definitely recommend CompleteCase to everyone!

Do NOT use this company. Contact your local courthouse and get help. They messed up my case from start to finish...it's still not finished but I am working with the courts directly now. The only way I got anywhere is when I called them for status. They lied about when they sent paperwork even though I had a tracking number and proof. When I was getting nowhere I contacted the courthouse and they told me what papers were missing that Complete Case didn't send me. When I finally did receive the paper that was supposedly holding up the process, it was the wrong paper. The lies continue still. I will get a refund or I will take them to small claims court. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I gave up on using them and work directly with the courts myself.

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE" They are useless and inconsiderate to your situation. They will give you the run around and place you on hold for a long time only to come back on the line to advised that there is no manager available. Agent or supervisor Jose claimed to be utilizing his resources when I clearly asked to speak to a supervisor. Very incompetent.
