Excellent service!

Quick response to my question. Very much appreciated.

For hosting, I'm very pleased about things getting set up. For communication and information on selling the at-home mining rigs, I am less than impressed. The customer service doesn't seem able to look at what country I am mining in, even though the item has been delivered, and they cannot assist more than referring to a 2-sentence information guide. I asked a clear question, after spending a considerable amount, and did not get an answer close to satisfactory.

Compass is great. They sourced fair priced ASICs. Up time has been great and when one of my miners went down, they responded quickly and it was hashing in less than 10 hours
