I experienced an issue with a faulty hashboard shortly after one of my S19j Pro 100TH units came online. Nicholas and Nathan worked diligently to identify and resolve the issue in short order. I appreciated their professionalism and transparency.

Nate was very helpful and courteous today on our zoom conference to take care of a refund. Being able to see a live person that was very reassuring, patient and kind really put me at ease. I have not recieved my refund yet, but he explained the process that it could take 24-48 hours. Thank you!

If you'd like to spend thousands of dollars with a company and have them continuously miss deadlines, this is the one for you! Customer since early July, and they've hit maybe one deadline they've set for themselves regarding my set up. I've missed out on making my money back on at least one miner so far, and have been credited a minuscule amount that is really only useable towards future hosting costs, if my machine eventually gets set up that is.
