Yes I thought you were a good company
Yes I thought you were a good company, shipped it right out. I had it put in my house. It run for 2 years and hen broke tried for 2 months to get pars but you will not send them. I don't know what the hell is wrong you all. I paid $2180.00 for this in, then had to pay someone to put it in. I just want my money back. Patricia Morris

Great sapphire system
This system is very quiet and a strong performer. The hvac company I am a tech for installs Mitsubishi and we are a diamond dealer. I did not like the price of Mitsubishi equipment even with my discount.i also could not match the seer/hspf rating of the sapphire. I have received my first electric bill and it dropped 135.00 over my old central ducted system. I’m very happy.Great sapphire system , great service. FYI, I also put in a multi 21 with four heads for the rest of the house. So far very happy with my choice
